This free, family-friendly event celebrates all fiber arts including knitting, crocheting, spinning, weaving, quilting, embroidery, felting, sewing, basketry and more.
Enjoy a full weekend of workshops, hands-on demos, a vibrant vendor marketplace with Alaskan fiber artists and farmers, educational booths, a fiber tools & equipment sale, delicious food and much more.

There are many fun volunteer opportunities at Fiber Fest, from setting up and checking vendors in to doing demos at the Crafter's Circle, distributing Community Hat kits, running the Bake Sale or Equipment Sale, leading kid's fiber crafts and much more!
