Fairbanks Fiber Festival is an annual public event celebrating all fiber arts, including knitting, crocheting, spinning, weaving, quilting, embroidery, felting, sewing, basketry and more.

Fiber Fest offers opportunities for the community to explore Fairbanks' vibrant fiber arts scene, discover a new craft or hobby, learn about a variety of local fiber arts organizations and support Alaskan fiber artists. All are welcome to come enjoy a full weekend of workshops, hands-on demos, an amazing vendor marketplace, educational booths, a fiber tools & equipment sale, delicious food and more!​

The Fairbanks Fiber Festival is a collaborative, volunteer-run event brought to you by the Fairbanks Fiber Festival Committee, Calypso Farm and Ecology Center, the Fairbanks Weavers and Spinners Guild, the Fairbanks Children's Museum and many volunteers!
