Beginner Brioche Knitting

In this "knit the kit" workshop, participants will pick out one of Calypso's colorful Brioche Cowl kits and learn the basics of two-color brioche knitting. Participants will learn to brioche knit and brioche purl, as well as a stretchy cast-on perfect for use with brioche knitting. Calypso’s Brioche Cowl is the perfect first brioche knitting project and also fun for experienced brioche knitters. The Cowl kit comes with all of the yarn and pattern instructions for completing the project.

Skill Level: Advanced Beginner (12 and older)

Prior Skills Needed: Participants should know how to cast on and basic knit and purl stitches.

**Students must bring their own Size 10.5, 16’’ circular needles.
