Learn the basics of creating yarn with a spinning wheel. The first session covers spinning wheel mechanics and spinning a single-ply yarn. Students then take a wheel home to practice for a week, and in the second session they create two-ply yarn and explore additional techniques. If you are already a fiber crafter of some kind, learning to spin your own custom yarn opens up a whole new world of possibilities!
