Workshop Details

In this class, students will explore beautiful, creative yarns that step outside of the world of standard 2 and 3 plied yarns. Participants will have the opportunity to spin multiple different types of yarns that are both beautiful and functional. The class will cover several different types of yarns including: thick and thin, spirals, crepes and cables.


Instructor: Susan Willsrud


Date and Time: October 12th, 2pm-5pm

Location: Upper Level Nook, Pioneer Park


Skill Level: Intermediate/Beginner with spinning experience

Prior Skills Needed: Must know how to spin a single and bring their own spinning wheel


Workshop Fee: $75*

Materials Fee: $30**

**Students must bring:

Spinning wheel or e-spinner

Bobbins

Lazy Kate

Niddy Noddy
