Workshop Details
This class explores the world of super fine spinning. Students will learn how to prepare fiber and adjust wheels or e-spinners for spinning embroidery threads.
You'll experiment with different types of fibers and fiber prep, and will have the opportunity to try out your handspun thread!
Date and Time: October 11th, 2pm - 5pm
Location: Alaskaland: First Presbyterian Church
Instructor: Susan Willsrud
Age Range: 12 to adult

Skill Level/Prior Skills Needed: Beginner - must be able to do basic spinning on a wheel, e-spinner or drop spindle
