2026 Fiber Festival Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the Fairbanks Fiber Festival, happening October 9-11, 2026 at the Pioneer Park Centennial Center!​​

 

Please read all of the details here and then complete your application below.

Festival Hours:

  • Friday, Oct. 9: 5:00-8:00pm

  • Saturday, Oct. 10: 10:00am-5:00pm

  • Sunday, Oct. 11: 10:00am-5:00pm​

Important Dates:

  • Application Deadline: April 1, 2026

  • Applicants will be notified of decision by: April 30, 2026

  • If selected, vendor fees are due by: May 31, 2026

 

Please note: We do expect to receive more applications then we have spaces for. Once the application deadline has passed, we will review all applications and choose a selection of vendors that represent a wide range of fiber arts.

Vendor Fees:

Vendor and Educational Booths include a 12' x 10' space, with 2 tables and 2 chairs provided.

  • Vendor Booth - $200*

  • Educational Booth (no sales) - Free

    *Pay What You Can discounts will be available, if needed.

Booth Sharing:

If you would like to share a booth space with one other vendor, please note that in your application.

  • Each vendor must submit their own individual application

  • Booth fees for vendors sharing a space are $125 per vendor

Vendor Information

Products

All fiber/textile artists, artisans and farmers are welcome! This includes those selling products related to: knitting, crocheting, weaving, spinning, embroidery, sewing, quilting, felting, macramé, needle point, basketry, papermaking and other fiber arts.


At least 75% of your booth must be products made by you. For example, you primarily sell your own hand-dyed yarn but also sell stitch markers not made by you.


Vendors with brick & mortar shops are welcome to apply as long as at least 75% of your booth is made up of products made by you. Preference may be given to vendors without brick & mortar shops.

Booth Space

We anticipate receiving more applications than we have space for and unfortunately won't be able to offer spots to everyone who applies.


That being said, we would love to be able to offer as many spots as possible without overcrowding the space. If you would be open to sharing a space with another vendor (either one you already know or one we select) OR if your set-up would fit on just one 6-foot table, please let us know below.
