Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the Fairbanks Fiber Festival, happening October 9-11, 2026 at the Pioneer Park Centennial Center!

Festival Hours:

Friday, Oct. 9: 5:00-8:00pm

Saturday, Oct. 10: 10:00am-5:00pm

Sunday, Oct. 11: 10:00am-5:00pm
Important Dates:

Application Deadline: April 1, 2026

Applicants will be notified of decision by: April 30, 2026

If selected, vendor fees are due by: May 31, 2026
Please note: We do expect to receive more applications then we have spaces for. Once the application deadline has passed, we will review all applications and choose a selection of vendors that represent a wide range of fiber arts.
Booth Options & Fees:

Regular Vendor Booth - $200

12' wide x 10' deep space, with two 6-foot tables and two chairs provided

7' wide x 10' deep space, with one 6-foot table and one chair provided

Shared Vendor Booth - $125 per vendor
